My name is Richard J. Milne, I have been a Board Certified Chiropractor for over 26 years. I am originally from Orange County California. I started my career working in Physical Therapy but after a car accident I spent a few years suffering with daily headaches, neck and low back pain and right arm numbness. I didn’t know about Chiropractic care at the time but since I continued to get worse a friend recommended I see his Chiropractor. After several months of care I was so much better, it was profound. So much so that it changed my path and I decided to become a Chiropractor myself as I thought I could help people the way I had been.
In my youth I was a competitive soccer and football player and I have always enjoyed working with athletes. I often think how much better I could have performed and recovered from injuries if I had a Chiropractor when I was playing. It is such a joy to watch athletes respond quickly and return to their sport. One of the most important things I try to provide, is advise on how to avoid injuries and let people know how vital stretching and overall flexibility is. Being a Chiropractor gives me the opportunity to work with people of all ages with all kinds ailments. Many of our patients understand how important prevention is and they find that staying regular with care they do not have pain or health related complaints.
I am happily married to my wife Gina, we have two children, Ian and Christina. When I am not at the office, I am usually at a soccer field watching my kids play.
